There's something pretty special about watching a baby you once photographed grow up, graduate from high school, get married, and eventually walk through your studio doors carrying a baby of their own.

After more than 23 years of photographing families in Hazard and throughout Eastern Kentucky, I can tell you that it's one of the greatest joys of my career.

Around here, we don't just take pictures. We build relationships.

Our studio is a place where children are encouraged to be children. They're welcome to play, explore, laugh, and show off their personalities. There's no pressure to sit perfectly still or smile on command.

We take the time to listen to them, make them feel important, and earn their trust.

And something wonderful happens along the way.

By the time many of our little clients are four years old, they recognize me, remember our studio, and can't wait to come back.

A few years later, they're back for sports portraits. Before I know it, they're graduating from high school. And now, some of my very first Watch Me Grow babies are getting married and starting families of their own, including my own daughter! 

What an incredible privilege it is to watch them grow.

And of course, no visit to our studio would be complete without Keith baking chocolate chip cookies for your little ones, and maybe you too if you are good!
